Students shall be admitted in the B.S.S (Honors) Degree Program in different departments including Development Studies under the Faculty of Social Sciences as per the University Rules.
1. Duration of the Program: 4 (FOUR) YEARS
2. Yearly System One Exam at the end of The Year
3. Whole Year Activities
- Total number of weeks: 19 (Nineteen) of which,
- 15 week will be for class teaching,
- 15 days break for preparation, and
- 1 month for holding the Year final examination.
4. Duration of Class/ tutorial/ lab work:
- For a 4-credit course unit, there shall be lecture classes of 50 minutes each,
- one 2 hour discussion class/ tutorial class/ lab work / group presentation/ class test in specified week.
5. Number of Courses: 30 course units (30 taught courses, one research monograph work and one comprehensive course)
6. Total Marks: 3000 (100 marks per course unit,50 marks for specific courses)
7. Total Credit: 120 credit hours.
8. Credit Per Course: 4 credit hours, 2 credit hours for specific courses
9. Comprehensive Examination will cover topics from the Major/Core-Courses Studied in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year BSS (Honors).
